1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CVAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CVAI is an AI-powered resume generator that provides automated writing assistance, ATS scoring, and PDF CV building tools. The Service is provided "as-is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service

4. Free and Paid Plans

Free users receive a limited number of AI generations. Paid plans (Pro, Elite) provide additional features and higher or unlimited usage. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of any content you input (resumes, job descriptions)
• AI-generated resumes are provided for your personal and professional use
• CVAI does not claim ownership of your generated content
• The CVAI brand, design, and technology remain our intellectual property

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models
• Abuse the API or generate content at scale for resale
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

7. Limitation of Liability

CVAI is not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers. AI-generated content is provided as-is without guarantees of accuracy or employment outcomes. Use the generated content at your own discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.
